Who we are
Transformative Justice For All (TJFA) is a grassroots initiative founded by Latasha Wilson, dedicated to challenging systemic inequities within the justice system and uplifting the voices of those most impacted by incarceration and criminalization.
TJFA is grounded in lived experience, community knowledge, and advocacy, recognizing that those directly impacted by the justice system hold essential insight that must be centered in conversations about justice reform, healing, and systemic change.
As an organization, we are committed to creating space for education, dialogue, and collaboration that moves beyond punishment-based approaches and toward accountability, equity, and collective care. We believe that transformation happens when communities are included in shaping the systems that affect their lives.
Through workshops, speaking engagements, and community partnerships, TJFA works alongside organizations, institutions, and grassroots groups to raise awareness about systemic barriers and support meaningful, community-led change.
At the core of our work is a simple belief: lived experience is leadership, and community voices must guide the path toward justice.
