Transformative Justice For All was created out of a deep commitment to addressing systemic inequities within the justice system and uplifting the voices of marginalized people impacted by incarceration and criminalization.
Grounded in lived experience and community knowledge, TJFA was built to challenge harmful systems and reimagine what justice can look like when it is rooted in healing, accountability, collective care, and community support rather than punishment.
While recognizing the disproportionate impact the justice system has on Black and Indigenous communities, TJFA believes that all people impacted by the criminal legal system deserve dignity, support, and opportunities for meaningful change.
Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, TJFA works alongside communities, organizations, and individuals to shift narratives, raise awareness, and support transformative approaches to justice that are inclusive, equitable, and community-led.

As a Jamaican, Nova Scotian, and Mi'kmaw mother, Latasha brings lived experience, advocacy, and community knowledge to her work. Her lived experience navigating the justice system has deeply informed her commitment to creating spaces where marginalized voices are not only heard, but recognized as essential to conversations around justice reform, healing, and systemic change.
Latasha’s work centers on raising awareness about the barriers faced by people impacted by incarceration while advocating for approaches rooted in accountability, equity, collective care, and transformative justice. She is passionate about building community-led solutions that support healing, dignity, and opportunities for meaningful change.

His advocacy centers the voices and realities of those directly impacted by policing, housing insecurity, poverty, and barriers to opportunity — recognizing that true community safety cannot exist without equity, stability, and access.
Christophe believes that issues such as policing, housing, and recreational opportunities are deeply interconnected and must be addressed through a holistic, community-led approach. His work challenges assumptions and pushes for solutions grounded in the real experiences of marginalized communities, particularly those who have been historically over-policed, underserved, and excluded from meaningful support systems.
